If you have set up your Zoiper softphone, and either you can not hear your lead, or they can not hear you.
You may need to check your options settings in Zoiper.
You can check the device options by clicking on Settings then choose Preferences.
A new window will pop up, and from there choose Audio then Slick on Device.
Select your USB Headset for input and output devices.
Click Ok to save the changes.
If your leads still can not hear you, be sure to check and see if you have a mute button on your USB headset that you may have pressed by accident. If you are using a USB headset, you may also try plugging in your headset in another USB port on your computer.
